This tournament can now officially be labeled as the tournament of surprises. Right from the beginning people were all like "ok well it's Bme vs Np finals". Now the other team will be eliminated before the finals and BIA still has their word to say.

The Tcox vs Bme match was probably the biggest shock result in this tournament so far. It is also doubtful that we will see such a surprise in this tourny anymore, with so few games left and all. Flatline probably made his first accurate prediction ever before that match.

BME is a team that got most of the top ten votes. Most people also probably thought that BME would corn their way through to the finals. They can still reach the finals, but they surely didn't corn their way in if they will reach the finals. But why exactly is this not so? I don't know. All the core players from the mwc04 team are still in there. Granted, many of them haven't played since mwc04, but still it's abit of a mystery.

BIA is a team that has perhaps been underachieving their way to this point. Sure, they did corn Nfdf, but they lost their grudge match to BME quite badly and also lost their match to Tcox. Their performance vs TFS was also abit shaky. I would find it rather unlikely that they would get past Np, but since there's been so many surprises so far I'm sure anything can happen. Perhaps Hitlow will make a miraculous comeback.

Np is a team whose commitment level was questioned by many. I think that those doubts can be trashed now at least. Having 10'ish people show up for the last three matches would be pretty good from any team. Despite what Tirri and Blade might say, they also care.
