A glint in the eye, the CD laser burns red in the UV casing, Companions insert their Myff into the drive and ready up: Q, W, E, S, C, V... Delete, Delete, Delete... Ah S***! It won't detach!!! Those darn prefs again... The games are red... Hmmm... Aha the prefs folder again! Must... Delete... Prefs... The rust slowly shook off the Companions and the mything began and we were once again, after some practice on our own men, morting and locking the enemy!

 This year the Companions are back after most of their members have been offline, the flame kept going by mighty Blunt and fellow Sir Hobbes the Greatest Horrible of the Final Battle TFL style... Those darn fetches!! And the venerable Sir Tarous Zars. Ranking up the old roster to take on the younger and fresher blood of the rest of the field, spreading over 5 time zones, the sun never truly sets on Companions, be prepared for the Companions have a super secret strategy this year! That's right! This time around we attack your units!!

Companions is a team that has signed themselves up for mwc's ever since mwc03. I think the companions from the earlier years was a different team. They haven't really been all too successful in the last few tournaments, so I don't think much has changed since then. They probably are not the weakest team in the tournament however, so they should be able to dong out some of the lower rated teams.

Post QR update: They've been doing pretty much the same way I expected. They lost pretty badly to Tcox and GC, but they did manage to beat Eicw. Unfortunately I'm rather certain that they will go down after DE2. Feel free to prove me wrong!

Summary: Well they didn't prove me wrong. They ended up forfeiting at DE1. In the Qr they lost bad to Tcox and Gc, but they surprisingly managed to beat Eicw. There isn't any other highlights for this team.This team has received 10 betting pool "votes".
