I don't know this player.

He played a mixture of 2 team and Giant games a while back, recently I've only seen him throwing acorns on the plains.

Not an awful player by any means, but not reliable enough to be rated 3. Small roles will be reserved for him

Rat King should be a decent role player on the Direct Effect squad - if he shows up. He won't wow anyone with a bunch of units, but he should be able to handle small sets with decent competency.
