On a serious note, Raz is a very capable player. He is a formidable 1v1er, and has proven himself as a cap, even though he has a horde of detractors. Note random ranked play does not equate to tournament play. When it comes down to the clutch, raz is gold.

cobra commander right here. didn't paticularly shine to me as a perfect captain or player last year but he was nonetheless a brick wall in everyone's path.

Some people may disagree, but I think Raz is a myth genius.  He plays half-assed quite often, and many that don't know him well will underestimate him because of this.  This is MWC, though, NOT some random week night in ranked.  He will probably trade and hand out units before planning time is over, a feat which he rarely accomplishes in rabble games.  I expect to see some gnarly satchel puss tactics and innovative strategies.  He could be a 5 baller if he sobered up and cared more, but that isn't likely to happen.  A solid 4 balls, though.
