Elmer usualy plays well when the game is not too complicated and he has clear set goals. However, he sometimes gets lost in team games and does things he really shouldn't, a common thing that occurs in people who haven't been playing the game for fifty fucking years. Probably the 2nd best player on this team.

Elmer is my favorite myth buddy. An avid 1v1er, he's always improving his game. I would probably visit him, if I lived where ever he lives.

elmer didn't accept my 1v1 challenge!! he has been improving over the past year but his ego really exceeds his skill level. he has the potential to be a star on this team, but he has the potential to do moderately average as well.

Kalmar is actually a pretty decent, and greatly improved player over the last year. He doesn't yet have the in-game awareness and consistency of an experienced 4 baller, but I think he has the ability to improve himself to that level eventually.  He is probably the best player on this team, however, and should probably take a prominent role considering that. Mid 3 baller.

Elmer is a classic example of a player who thinks he is a lot better than he is in reality. Last year he was still pretty darn bad at this game, but he has improved since then. His ego has grown a lot too since then. He has low three ball talent though, but I'm not sure if he is actually going to be showing up too much for matches.
