Damn... I had prepared a long-winded, ill-humored TA for Slinx :( Liger has been banned for a long time, but manages to find an account to play on from time to time. His 1v1 skills are fairly decent, but I'm not as sure about his team playing skills. He is a high 3 for now... and maybe a low 4 if he makes a significant contribution to this team.
