Toe's an odd character. He's been active, and is a decent player. He can probably hold his own vs. 3 ballers, but I'm not sure of his consistency. High 2 balls for now

toecutter made tr0ball, which encorporates the trow ducking ability. he wanted to put this ability into a map for mwc, but that's just silly. he also redid the great divide to fix the bug, which was gay.
he's not really spectacular at myth, at all. i think his skil is actually declining or something.
