KewTip used to be a four baller when he was active. Was solid with most things and usually got stuff done for his teams. But now he is entirely inactive.

He showed up for games last year and pretty much played like a three baller, so doubtful that anything has or will change.

qtip has been playing myth recently and has come close to shedding off all his rust, he still needs more work though.

Qtip was still four ball level during Mwc03. He hasn't played like, at all since then. Those skills don't disappear anywhere though, but his unit handling skills aren't really on par with the four ballers of the day. 3,5 balls.
