Having terrorised the seas for decades, it was when my aging crew failed to take the "Love Boat" that I decided to retire to more respectable duties.
The fair city of Madrigal called to me and I ventured for a most controversial post--that of Minister of Safety on the High Seas. Some immediately began to argue that my past was not a suitable prerequisite for this office, but others welcomed my experience.
