One of several PoOp team members from ~yar~, Dave may not see much action. With a full 16 player roster, and PoOp players clamoring to get playing time, Dave may left on the out in the cold. A decent player, but not so spectacular as to supplant a genuine PoOp in the playing rotation. If hes in game, be wary, as he's likely there for a very specific purpose.
